The Freedom Ride is an annual event organized by, and for the benefit of, the USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia. Bikers for Tykes & Troops supports the USO through our annual motorcycle rally and concerts. We are proud of our association with the local USO and pleased to announce that the Freedom Ride destination is noneother than our very own Bikers for Tykes & Troops Motorcycle Rally and Concerts at the KOA Kampground in Virginia Beach.

  • Registration: April 10 at 9:00 AM
  • Departure: 11:00 AM from Bayside Harley-Davidson in Portsmouth, VA
  • Ride Entry: $10 per rider; $5 per passenger
  • Arrival: Virginia Beach KOA Kampgrounds, site of Bikers for Tykes & Troops Motorcycle Rally and Concerts

What happens when you mix riding with the fun and excitement of a contest? Answer: The Bikers for Tykes & Troops Poker Run. Try your hand at getting a winning hand. Prizes will be awarded!

  • Entry: $10* per rider; $5* per passenger
    *Deal: buy a weekend pass to the event and entry is $5 per rider; $3 per passenger
  • Preregistration: Available all weekend long at the event
  • Registration: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Diesel Rock 'N' Country Bar
  • Swag: First 50 people to register receive a helmet bag loaded with freebies!
  • Last bike in: 2:00 PM
  • Winner Announcement: 4:15 PM at the main stage
