Corporate Sponsors

For our medium to large corporate sponsors, we have a number of different levels in which to participate. Sponsorships are available at the $1,000, $2,500, $5000, $7500, $10,000 and $15,000 levels.* All levels come with a number of different benefits, including weekend passes to reward your employees or entertain clients and booth space that you may use to promote your products and services.

All event sponsors receive

• Weekend event passes (number varies by level)
• Commemorative event t-shirts (number varies by level)
• Advertisement space in our event program (size and color vary by level)**
• Onsite booth space

Additional benefits of becoming a sponsor of the Bikers for Tykes & Troops Motorcycle Rally and Concerts vary by level of participation and may include the following:

• Company name mentioned on all radio and TV advertising
• Prominent placement of company name or logo on bikersfortykesandtroops.org
• Company name or logo displayed on event main stage banner
• Placement of company name or logo on all event signage, posters, and print materials**
• Company signage on display at event**
• VIP parking passes
• Onsite "Hospitality Suite" passes

All corporate event sponsors will also receive a lapel pin that signifies your support as an official sponsor along with a Certificate of Community Support and Sponsorship to display in your place of business.

Small Business Sponsors

Bikers For Tykes & Troops also offers sponsorship opportunities for small and independent businesses. Sponsorships are available at the $50, $75, $100, $150, $175 and $200 levels. All small business sponsors receive a Certificate of Community Support and Sponsorship to display in your place of business.

Additional benefits of becoming a small business sponsor of the Bikers for Tykes & Troops Motorcycle Rally and Concerts vary by level of participation and may include the following:

• Weekend event Passes (number varies by level)
• Entry in Raffle for Booth Space at the event (number varies by level)
• Commemorative T-Shirt (number varies by level)
• Lapel Pin that signifies your support as an official Sponsor for Bikes for Tykes & Troops

*The available sponsorship levels are included for your reference. If your desired contribution does not fall within the offered levels, if you wish to negotiate an 'in-kind' sponsorship, or participate solely as a vendor or exhibitor, please contact us.

**Note: Print media distribution will begin February 15, 2010. Contributions received after February 15th will not receive placement on any event print media. All other sponsorship benefits apply, including your logo on bikersfortykesandtroops.org.
